A true highlight of my week is Katie Bonnett's Gentle Yoga class. As a retired person with multiple joint replacements, Katie's class has become an essential part of my life for the past five years. Two fitness priorities for me are balance and core muscle development. Katie always has a good mix of yoga poses and stretches that emphasize those areas. I greatly appreciate Katie's thoughtful selection of a positive personal theme and reading for each class, that becomes the focus for the session. It's a physical and emotional combination that provides added guidance and wholeness for my entire week.
